On the 14th of May, 14 in the theater of music and comedy named after Kamoli Khujandi there was held a festival-contest “Brightness of the Youth” dedicated to the 25th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan with the participation of the students of IET TSUC.
A group of students performed on the 11 points of the competition program. The festival program included greetings of artistic group, performance of “Hayoti bebaho”, Anthem of the Institute, a dance, reading passages from the creative work of Kamoli Khujandi, Shashmaqom performance, scene show, folk duet songs, the performance of other nations’ songs, showing of the national dress, the suite show including songs and dances. The song “Hayoti bebaho” was performed by students at a high level, as this song is the anthem of IET TSUC. The students Makhmudova D. and Boboev A. read excerpts from the creative work of Kamoli Khujandi and received high scores from the jury. And as well the performance of Ashurov Parviz was highly appreciated by the jury, who performed a Shashmaqom song. High scores were given to the performances of Vohidova O. Okilova M., A Ismoilova A. and Mulabaeva N., who sang pop songs and the Russian song “Katyusha”. It concluded by the performance of the suite, which was provided by the students of IET TSUC.
On jury’s decision the regional festival-contest “Brightness of the Youth”, prepared by the students of IET TSUC received a total score of 101. The IET TSUC congratulates the artistic team with the best performance and wishes great success in the creative life of the group.
