In accordance with resolution of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan no. 3661 from November 9, 2015, IET TSUC offers doctoral studies in 6 specialties and PhD in 4. The list of specializations is attached to the tables below.

For those, interested to study PhD program at IET TSUC, following documents must be submitted in the required time:
- an application adressed to the director of IET TSUC
- certified copy of diplomas with annexes (signed and stamped by notary)
- copy of past employment records
- photo sized 3×4 (6 un.)
- medical certificate #086
- autobiography
- certificates, that prove knowledge of foreign language (TOEFL, IELTS, etc.)
- recommendation lletters (ideally it would be: one from employer, another from academic supervisor) on official letterhead of the organization
- list of publications (in case of inexistence of latest, an essay must be presented)
- motivation letter, with explanation of chosen field of study
- copy of passport
