Project description: The Institute of Economy and Trade of TSUC in Khujand (IET TSUC) has approved a project with the University of Cantabria, Spain on international credit mobility. The inter-institutional agreement for 2019-2021 between University of Cantabria and the Institute of Economy and Trade of TSUC in Khujand was signed. Under international credit mobility, an HEI in a Partner Country can send its students, doctoral candidates or staff to a partner HEI in a Programme Country, and vice versa. Students or doctoral candidates are able to study abroad for a limited period of 3 to 5 months for which credits are obtained. After the mobility phase, the students return to their sending institution to complete their studies. Similarly, staff can spend a teaching and/or training period abroad for up to 2 months. According to this agreement IET TSUC is HEI from Partner Country and the University of Cantabria is HEI from Programme Country.

Resolution of 23 March 2021 of the Vice-Rectorate for Internationalization and Global Engagement of the University of Cantabria, which establishes the regulatory bases and approves the present call for International Credit Mobility grants for incoming exchange students in the framework of the KA107 action of the Erasmus+ program (2019-1-ES01- KA107-061847 and 2020-1-ES01-KA107-078199 projects)

The documents for the student’s application are:

  1. Application form – Credit Mobility students
  2. Information about data protection form
  3. CV in English (EUROPASS model)
  4. Learning Agreement (LA) – Credit Mobility students
  5. Copy of passport
  6. Transcript of Records
  7. Certificate of English language skills accreditation (at least B2 level)
  8. Motivation letter
  9. Recommendation letter
  10. Certificate of enrolment at home university during the current academic year
  11. If you are in a disadvantaged financial, social or cultural situation, you shall submit valid document(s) accrediting that this is your case

Selection criteria of students: applicants must be active full-time students on a Bachelor’s programme of the IET TSUC.

The candidates will be selected on the basis of personal motivation, intercultural abilities, knowledge of English and academic excellence. (Among students with the same level of academic excellence and language knowledge, the most disadvantaged student from a poor socio-economic background or a student with special needs will be selected).
